Service PIN: If you are a customer, please provide your Service PIN when calling support. You can find it in the Finder Portal app, in the menu under your name.

SMS tracking was an outdated tracking method that we have no longer offered since the beginning of 2019.
The devices had to be provided with their own SIM card and could not be operated via the FINDER portal.
The current tracking method is online tracking, where the SIM card is already integrated in the devices. Tracking runs via the FINDER portal and is much more user-friendly and also more cost-effective for you as a customer.
You do not need a SIM card for your FINDER, as each device is already equipped with its own SIM card from the factory. This is automatically activated when your FINDER is activated.
The integrated M2M SIM does not prefer a specific mobile network but is based on the best local reception. Your FINDER can therefore connect to the strongest mobile network at any location. If a network fails or offers poorer reception, the device automatically connects to the strongest mobile network.
