Amazing product and even better customer service

First off, the product itself is quite pricey. However, it’s 4g network enabled meaning that it should be future proof for 15 years or so. Most other gps trackers are only 2g which is bad as some countries have already disabled 2g network, meaning it won’t work.
A 2 year subscription cost me £79.99, which is very good considering the features you get with it.
Setup is very very easy, it can be done within around 5 minutes and installation is even easier. The product itself comes with a pre-crimped connector with wires around 2m long, meaning you can hide it anywhere. The positive wire also includes an in-line fuse, so no worry about shorting out.
It gives you an option to turn on individual alerts for; ignition start/stop alerts, shock alerts, leaving geofence alerts, entering geofence and low battery alerts. There is a mobile app and also a website which you can track it and edit it from, and also manage different devices on one account. You can also have unlimited geofences.

The tracking features work very well; with it being updated every 10 seconds, so you can track things in real time.

Customer service:
I had an issue where i would be getting shock alerts for my car when it was too windy, as it thought it was being moved slightly. I contacted the german-based customer service email, which promptly edited the sensitivity of the sensor, which made the false alerts go away! Best customer service quality and speed i’ve had for a long time.

It has many more features which i could spend ages explaining, but just get one, you won’t regret it at all.
