The POWER Finder 4G is a GPS tracker for vehicles and other valuable assets. It is suitable for cars, motorcycles, motorhomes, boats, trailers, containers, machinery, or work equipment. The tracker allows you to view live locations, track movements, and receive immediate alerts for unusual events. This ensures you maintain control at all times while significantly enhancing theft protection.
The tracker determines its position via GPS and transmits this data using the integrated SIM card over the mobile network to the FINDER Portal. There you can view the location in the app or on the web, manage alerts and check the history.
No. The POWER Finder 4G is a battery-powered tracker and requires no fixed wiring. Thanks to its powerful magnet, it can be attached flexibly, making it especially practical for vehicles or objects without their own power supply, such as trailers or machinery.
Battery life depends on how often and how intensively the tracker is used. If the POWER Finder 4G is not moving, it automatically switches to standby mode to save battery. In this state, up to 90 days of battery life are possible. With daily use — that is, when the tracker is moving for about 1 hour per day — battery life is around 40 days. If the battery level gets low, you’ll receive a timely battery alert.
In active mode, the POWER Finder 4G transmits its location every 30 seconds. If it is not moving, it automatically switches to standby mode to save battery. As soon as movement is detected again, it reactivates and resumes transmitting location data. This gives you regular updates without unnecessarily draining the battery.
The POWER Finder 4G is splash-proof to IP65. This means it is well suited for outdoor use and can withstand rain and water splashes. However, it is not designed for prolonged submersion.
The POWER Finder 4G offers a comprehensive alert system. This includes movement, vibration, geofence, speed, battery and tamper/drop alerts. Notifications are received in real time via the app, as well as by email.
Yes. The integrated M2M SIM automatically connects to the best available network in over 100 countries. This means you can use the tracker abroad without having to find or swap a suitable SIM card.

Yes. You can use the POWER Finder 4G via the FINDER Portal app for iOS and Android on your smartphone or tablet, as well as through the web portal on desktop. Both versions are synchronised with each other. Changes made in the app are also visible on the web – and vice versa.
In live tracking you see your tracker’s current location on the map. Additionally, depending on the view, further details such as the nearest address, coordinates, altitude and other device data are displayed. Under History you can also review routes driven, stops, and alert events. This way, you can see not just where your tracker is, but also how it has moved.
Yes. In the FINDER Portal, movements and trips are saved automatically. This allows you to check at any time when and where your tracker was active. Depending on your service plan, different storage periods are available.
In the FINDER Portal you can view and manage important alerts, such as movement/vibration alerts, geofence alerts, speed alerts, battery alerts and tamper alerts. Notifications are received in real time in the app, as well as by email.

The service plan is the foundation that allows the tracker to work at all. It covers the ongoing costs for the integrated M2M SIM card with data connection, access to the FINDER Portal, regular software updates and customer support. Without an active plan, no location data will be transmitted and no alerts will be sent.
The service plan is activated only after purchasing and receiving your tracker. Each POWER Finder 4G has its own device ID. Using this ID, you register the tracker at start.finder-portal.com and activate your service plan there. Your personal FINDER Portal account is also created, and the tracker is assigned directly to your account
The POWER Finder 4G is available with Basic and Premium plans. Both plans share the same technical foundation: real GPS tracking, integrated SIM card, independent data transmission and access to the FINDER Portal. The difference lies not in the tracking itself, but in the range of features, the history length, and the included services.
Basic includes core features such as live tracking, all alerts and access to the FINDER Portal. History is limited to 3 days. Premium additionally offers a 365-day history, advanced map views such as satellite, 3D and outdoor, priority 24/7 support and a lifetime device replacement guarantee on the hardware, for as long as the Premium subscription remains active.
Depending on the plan, flexible terms are available, such as monthly, 6 months, 1 year or 2 years. Payment can be made monthly, annually or every two years. Common payment methods such as credit card, PayPal or Amazon Pay are supported.
